The writers didn’t play the games. They didn’t follow any of the stories and build on the existing universe. The actors are wooden likely due to poor direction. Honestly I wasn’t too hopeful to begin with and this still disappointed me. I mean it looks good but same story of a big budget doesn’t mean a good story. Maybe if they scrap the writers and redo the story it might be good. If you enjoyed halo the games, the books, the extended universe, the themes, or really anything halo related, this isn’t for you :(
