Good theory, the idea of bone broth and making it yourself is great and you can control what goes in it. However I tried the bone broth from Dr KellyAnne, it has a significant amount of sodium. I contacted them to ask for a non or low sodium option and they didn't have any. I did find one at Whole Foods that was her product, but not sold on the website (and odd they didnt know about it); also the shakes if you try the reset system are very sweet, hardly palatable. Would not recommend.
