Only watched it because it was Studio Ghibli. The story had no conflict and ended abruptly. The movie is basically about a manipulative girl who tells everyone, including adults, what to do and she gets her way all the time. The art/CG was awful. If it was hand drawn, like all the other Studio Ghibli films, it would have been pretty. The music was okay. Not as emotional as the other S.G. films, but has a nice beat. Overall, the film was okay. Would I watch it again? Probably not.
