It’s safe to say I’ve cooked enough recipes from “Dinner” to review it now: and I would buy this book again even if it was $100 (or more, probably!)… 💲
It’s become our dinner bible. There’s not much more that needs to be said. 📖
Every week we sit down and choose some meals out of it!
I recommend: gyros, Viet shaking beef, baked lemon cheesecake, enchiladas, pan fried chicken breast w/ honey garlic sauce, cabbage with noodles, chilli con carne (w/ all the extra add ons!), spag bol, blueberry tart… and probably everything else.
The only recipe we haven’t clicked with so far is the broccoli fritters 😂 but hey, there has to be something, right?
Great job on this book, Nagi. It has without a doubt made me a better cook… 10/10 🙏🔥
