I don't like that people are comparing it to Godzilla Minus One. GxK is a masterpiece even though it doesn't have much resemblance to Godzilla -1.
The monster fights are out of this world and in IMAX its a truly sublime experience. Human characters are not the best in the Legendary's Monsterverse, so we should get over that by now. Bottom line is that it's an AMAZING movie.
