Unnecessary film that pales badly to the much superior Nolan trilogy and others before it. No need to remake already well done films told several times before it. Pattinson's Batman sulks around Gotham for 3 hours and all that time still left the audience with paper thin characters on screen. The film lifts large portions from Zodiac, Seven and other better movies before it. And worst of all, this film has no joy, except to those cashing in at the box office and eager to make a lesser sequel with yet another Joker.
