This was just horrible. The plot made absolutely no sense. (*spoilers*) A drug dealer kidnaps a parole officer's pregnant wife because said parole officer killed one of his henchmen. Well, turns out parole officer used to be part of a "ghost team" - a group of mercenaries at the beck and call of the (corrupt) chief of police. So he rounds up his ghost team friends, to rob the rival drug dealer (mind you with automatic weapons, dead bodies everywhere and shooting up a pile of drugs to get rid of it (what?)) so he can pay the ransom. At this point I'm done, but still intrigued. Can this get any worse? Well it does. So he goes to pay the ransom, turns out, drug dealer doesnt plan on letting wife go. Shocker. He and his paramilitary buddies end up shooting up the drug dealer's henchmen, classic gun fight - bodies everywhere again, and finally when they reach drug dealer, guns out, ready to blow him away they decide to have a come to Jesus moment and a real heart to heart and then join forces to take out corrupt chief of police. At this point I was really done. Stupid plot, stupid ending, bad acting and the quality was so poor it felt like I was watching a VHS home video in 1995. (I'm talking slow-mo of a van hitting some trash in the middle of a shoot out, whatttt????) This movie had no redeeming qualities at all. I wish there was an option for 0 stars.
