Absolutely beautiful anime, it's indescribable how it touched me, especially as a black girl to see how amazing black people were portrayed and I really related to Carole's story. I just wished it was longer and the music was incredible!!!

Very heartbreaking and endearing show. The struggles Kotaro grow through is so sad and his neighbours are so sweet to help him out. Makes me realise I need to do more for the orphans in my area!
