William Campbell

This album is uplifting as heck and not a dull moment to be found. I has plenty of added low end synth bass. There is nothing as surrealistic and exotically sweeping or torque driven as Fantasy, nor is there anything as jazzy as the Grammy winning Runnin',both from the All 'n All album. There is however plenty of thrust and drive and a nice (but short) EW&F trademark kalimba instrumental interlude at the end of side one.

This is a essential companion to the original Round Midnight movie soundtrack. Without it I think you'll only have half of the soundtrack. Both albums are of audiophile quality with beautifully live and atmospheric presence. They both give the impression of a smoky late night jazz club!
