If there was a way to give 0 starts, I without hesitation would. This game is horrid from the ground up so I’ll give a little background and pursue with why this game needs to be updated a million times over. I have been playing EA NHL for over 11 years now, and after playing it for 24 hours, I can state that this is the worst one by far. Be a pro- Good updates, good fix, if you want to buy the game, you are spending 65 dollars on be a pro. Ultimate Team- No major changes, new mode, don’t care. The mode is still the same set up. World of Chel- I don’t know how to put this into words. DO NOT BUY THE GAME IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO PLAY THIS MODE ONLY. It is so awful. From every position up, it has major issues. For one, I just played three consecutive games where the turnovers were over 100. How is that possible. I am a pretty skilled player and I can say that you don’t even have to body check, stick check, or poke check to get the puck. Simply run into them or side swipe them and it’s yours. It is awful. Franchise mode- Great, no major changes at all. So, don’t buy this game, do not give EA sports the money. This game is like throwing away 65 dollars. Unfortunately, after not refunding a nhl game for 11 years, I will be getting my money back. Update: From playing the game a lot more over the last two months i have big news. I CAN CONFIRM THIS GAME IS STILL AWFUL. I’m not sure if EA doesn’t fund the nhl game as much, but it looks like it. Franchise mode: Copied and pasted World of chel: HAH! Goodluck scoring with the goalies .997 save percentage! Unless you do a cross crease, well, than your guaranteed a goal. And no, I’m not awful at the game. I was ranked consecutively for 7 years now. If this continues... EA will no longer be taking my money.
