So heady it becomes this film's gimmick. Unlike the Matrix which is an obvious inspiration, or his film Inception, there's no compelling reason to see it again to absorb more because the first viewing had no legs, just an unmoving freak show of imagery as if they thought of something that would look cool and wrote a story around it to legitimize it....but it falls flat.
