If you have not read the series, this is a better than average fantasy show compared to Legend of the Seeker, Shannara... However, if you have read the books, once again the woke world has to go ruin everything. Jordan made a world that includes all races but these idiots had to pile them into a remote village making no sense. As mentioned by others, the Dragon being male of female is just ridiculous, what they did to Matt and Perrins stories is just wrong and adds nothing of value and when they do leave in a very rushed manner, the characters that only have each other to rely on are constantly bickering and detached. Several other problems not worth getting into but really degrade this magical series.
