Ken Lord

Straightforward in its attack on patriarchal tropes to which the two matriarchs in the film were unquestioningly obedient, the film is beautifully shot and well acted. It particularly exposes the hypocrisy that occurs when christian virtues are conflated with the political and social ideologies driving colonialism. Bravo to all those involved!
