Yes. Really.
They hooked me halfway through the minute and a half Overture, which also opens their live shows. The tracks range from really good to OMG, with no middle ground and zero filler.
They're serious, funny, playful, intense, intelligent, melodic, poetic, and endlessly addictive. In short, they deliver as if everything matters.
TLDP could end up being the most gifted, eloquent, and charismatic self-contained all-female group ever.

One of the most compelling and moving love stories every filmed. The two stars have palpable and compelling chemistry. It's impossible to take your eyes off Tessa Thompson whenever she's onscreen. Well-written, beautifully filmed. A masterful tearjerker. Docked 1/2 point for a couple of predictable and contrived moments. But these are small flaws in an otherwise exceptional work of art.
