This movie was cute and I feel like people could enjoy it, but I’m going to tell you my honest opinion (without reciting the entire movie 😑). Basically, it was enjoyable and it’s something I could have on while doing homework. A typical hero vs villain plot. It was just okay, and don’t come for me because you think I’m mad because of the 2 second kiss scene. I love how Disney is bringing in so much representation we need it! But that’s not my problem with the film. I just think Disney has so many resources and people with creative NEW ideas like encanto and turning red to come out with this boring film.

The show is a very typical kids show and anyone would find it amusing, but it is way to similar to The Thundermans. It's obvious they took huge inspiration from it. The neighbors are the opposites of the neighbor in the thundermans. The shape-shifter kid is in episode 3, trapped in a cage while being a turtle. Just like the bunny in the Thundermans. The girl is the villain and she is the "golden" child. While the boy wants to be a good person and is shamed by his family, the opposite of the Thundermans. It is so obviously copied.
