Wait till it comes out and watch it at home. Wasted $50. I can’t believe this was the best story they could come up with! The sharks !! What a joke.

I’ve never written a movie review, but felt it needed to be done. Very disappointing movie. No character development. A TopGun repeat basically, no creativity in developing a new movie. The essence of Tom Cruise as a person and as Maverick has obviously not developed as an individual. So sad to see him doing exactly what he was doing 30 years ago- gross. A real insight to who he really is, I feel embarrassed for him. Miles Teller is too good an actor to be in this movie, poor guy. With that said, I do think the point behind the movie was only to capture a new and younger audience with the same format that worked the first time. And only to sell as many tickets as possible. This was not intended to be a beautiful film. I will say, others in the theater seemed to enjoy it’s light plot- ☺️ The whole thing seemed weird. Not for me.
