Umro Ayyar- A New Beginning Well, I call it 'A New Low for Pakistani Cinema.' I can't believe I decided to watch it with my husband for our first movie together. I tolerated it because I was with him; otherwise, I would have walked out halfway through. Major disappointment. The storyline was weak, the action scenes were poorly executed, and the sci-fi elements were unconvincing. Overall, it felt like a new low for Pakistani cinema. Save your time and skip this one.

The book is totally enthralling the way it is written. You might have heard that don't judge a book by its cover but I judged a book by its colours on the cover. It feels as each and every word has its significance while you read the book. The story was heart wrenching as it depicts the true face of the male dominant society in which the dreams of the girls are nothing for men but a chance to exploit the rights and lives of the girls.

This is probably the first book that I read more than two times and with every read, this just gets better and better. It is a satirical comedy on the deeply rooted traditions of marriage. This book supports out of sect and caste marriages and is strongly against of presenting girls as a piece of decoration to other families.
