It was one of those books I didn't want to finish. FM is my favorite character from the Skyward series and to be able to read a spin off written from her point if view was just amazing. Even though it is a spinoff, I think that it contains important information that is useful to learn more about the cytonic powers, so if you're a reader of the Skyward series, don't let this book aside just because it is not from the main series!
