Tania Maddaford

I found it boring, too verbose and I just wanted to get through it quickly so I could finish it. I wish someone had reviewed it similarly as I would not have bought it. I love reading, and I love fiction. This one just did not make sense. It is such a big novel - and there is no reason for it to be. No exciting characters, no exciting storylines ... it went on and on, especially the chapters that centred on Cherry. I actually skipped paragraphs. Very disappointing read.

Tried really hard to like this book, but I found it boring, extremely verbose with words too difficult to read let alone understand. I skipped over paragraphs, just wanting to get to the end. Sadly, I cannot recommend this book, and cannot understand the reviews that say it's "unputdownable".
