I'm with Singh on this one. It is definitely worth watching. It has all the things you come to love about anime, the music, the narrative their using, the background stories of each character. I love how Leorio didn't have much of a huge story going on for him but still seemed to be very significant in the anime adding positivity and laughter in darker moments. Kurapika has no family and we can see the effect it has had on him from the very beginning of the anime to the end of the Phantom Troupe season. And Gon and Killua... this will sound weird but bare with me - they remind me of Meredith and Christina. lol. That's pretty much all I can say about it.

Oh my God! I love this movie! Watch Identity Thief as well if you're a fan of Melissa McCarthy and Crank if you're a Jason Statham fan. Where do I begin. This is the funniest Melissa McCarthy movie I've watched so far! I mean I am a spy/assassin fan but I loved this movie more for its comedy I mean it has been pretty dry for me of late so I'm glad there's movies like these that have action and comedy at the same time. I rate it 4 out of 5.

I hated the movie! (didn't really hate Lightning Thief though) I hope Disney does go on and fix the mistakes made in this movie. If I were you I'd read the books. They are excellent and will really make up for how terrible this movie is. The actors are excellent though so I don't blame them for anything. If you read Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson books you'll see why I am unhappy. But honestly even if you haven't read the book and judge the movie on its own it still can't be praised because it doesn't make sense. It just doesn't. The whole thing is a hot mess. Honestly, again, I recommend you read the books. After Percy Jackson books I struggled to read other books because of how amazing these books were!

You should not consider this a conventional rom-com. If you love movies like Girls Trip and Isn't It Romantic you can watch this one. It's more of a high schooler movie (and it's labeled as a commonplace chick flick for some reason) but I still watch it anyways. I would give it 5 but I don't ever give perfect ratings. I feel like they made a great movie despite some of the cracks that people have mentioned. It succeeded in making laugh very hard which is the point of any show with comedy.
