I bought this book to research Bryson's in my family ancestry. Loved the book! I shared part of this story by reading aloud from a portion during a cousin reunion. This was news to all but one person present. He shared that the account of Andrew's escape from Ireland was very close to the story that his grandfather told him years before. This really made the story "come alive" to the group. Great detail and lot's of helps at the back.
