Alec St. Pierre

The first life is strange has to be one of my all time favorite games, so you could imagine why id be so excited for the second one. I pre-ordered the game and patiently waited for its release like everyone else. Unfortunately i found the game to just be... boring. Like the characters weren't really likable and the side characters i did like weren't around long enough to really be appreciated. I'm not typically one to write reviews but i was just disappointed with it all together. I did enjoy the Easter eggs hinting towards the past games and they did have some beautiful scenery. But that doesn't really make up for the trashy story line and glitchy game play. I really wanted to stop out of shear boredom after the second or third episode but kept going hoping for it to get better, after all i heard that there where seven endings this time. Again to my disappointment the ending didn't really leave me satisfied. Sean and Daniel just look even more depressed and tired then before. None of the endings where really "good ends" in my opinion. I don't know, i just wish there was more to it then spending an hour stuck in a loop playing board games with Daniel. Over all sort of disappointed, i really do want to like it but it falls short.
