Game is incredibly dead and most players are either old whales or P2W. not to mention the scamming/hacking/fraud that goes around in the community with this game. There are literally scams happening on a daily basis. Elsword customer service/mods are the most useless and unprofessional individuals. For individuals that pride themselves on being tech savy... They sure tend to have a lot of "duhh" moments when it comes to resolving issues for customers.
I predict another year (2 at best) of this game before it shuts down. If you are new/returning, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
