There is a very big selection of cars that cover the entire history of rally. There are 1960s cars like the Mini Cooper or Alpine, there are RWD classics like the Ford Escort of Lancia Stratos, Group B legends and modern vehicles. However, a very annoying thing about the game is that you have to pay for some of the cars. What's worse, is that many of them are just recycled from Dirt Rally 1.0!!! I find it horrible that you have to pay for CARS AND TRACKS that you could already play in Dirt Rally 1 when you pay 50 $ for the game to begin with!!! Speaking of tracks, there a six locations for free and six paid locations (two we are waiting on). A good point is that they are real life stages, so you can drive on the same roads as Colin McRae or Sebastien Loeb, which adds nice authenticity. However, due to them being real life stages, they are very much the same through the entire stage. It would be nice to see the developers creativity by making some fictional stages like WRC8. Also, after about 3 or 4 months, you will know every stage like the back of your hand, which adds to the boringness. The physics are very very good. I drive a Subaru Impreza in real life on gravel at high speed, and the cars that are similar to them feel very similar. You can use techniques that you learn in the game in real life as well, which is great for teaching people about how to drive a rally car! It is way better then Dirt Rally 1.0 or Dirt 4, and about the same realisim as Richard Burns Rally (If you don't have the money to get this and want a real rally expierence, I reccomend that!). Also, the graphics are very nice, trees and grass and rocks are modelled very nicely, and you also get 60 fps, something WRC8 doesn't have!!! Career mode is split up into to sections. Ai racing, and Leaderboard challanges. Ai racing is just racing against the Ai, but unlike quick race, you must look after damage and pay for part replacements or new cars and upgrades. Leaderboard challenges are the same, but you race against real people and only get one shot. It is extremely challanging, but quite annoying if your internet goes down in the middle of a stage, as it classifies it as a retirement. If you really want a fun career mode though, I reccomend WRC8 instead. It is more deatailed and has more things like training and hiring mechanics and metorologists to tell you weather. Overall, if you want the best simulation like IRacing of Rfactor, this game is definetly for you, but if you just want a nice fun easy experience, like Forza Horizon, this game is definetly not for you.
