So painful to watch, and a complete waste of time! This movie is overly ambitious in its attempt to shine a light on recent geopolitical, and social events through satire. Unfortunately, the end result becomes a messy film with very little content for the audience to keep interest or invest in. It takes aim at Trump extremists, misinformation through social media, Fox News type conservative media, societal preference to pop culture news (I.e. Kardashians, reality tv,) over science and Walter Cronkite type news facts. The film also used not so subtle mixed metaphor references to COVID, anti-Vaxers, and the overall dumbing down of society in general, shining a light on a general lack of social or moral responsibility to do what is right or necessary for the good of the larger population or Mother Earth by both the general public, and the politicians that represent them. I understood what the writers, and directors were trying to convey, unfortunately, it was lost in translation.
