they used the original story in the same way that r&b artists use popular songs from the 90s, they just stole the chorus. make no mistake, this is a different game with different ideas. this game follows just enough guidelines of the original to be able to call itself a remake so they can sell it to the huge ff7 fanbase. this game is stuffed so hard with fillers that at times i dont know where im at in the story. this game is only disc one. although the story was disappointing me, the gameplay was still kinda fun which is why it gets 2 stars instead of 1.
