I am just watching an episode where there is a question..... A midwife is a nurse who is trained to do what?... I am a midwife and I am not a nurse. I think that this question should be revised as midwives are no longer nurses who train to deliver babies... midwifery is an independent career, midwives are autonomous practitioners.
