Incredible film, amazing cinematography. Plot hard to follow if , like me, you haven’t read the book, but it reminded me a bit of ‘The man who fell to Earth’ . An alien who goes to another planet to observe the locals and gets absolutely nowhere ! lol I felt like the film was saying ‘this is what we’d be without poetry, philosophy, art & literature ‘ etc.
