Very mediocre, lots of glaring incongruities, good cgi effects, but nonsensical story line. Seemed to borrow character types from Avatar. Also seemed to be tailored for the Chinese market. Should have waited till it was streaming

I found this movie to be very slow, an attempt at a noir mood, with Marsalis music in background just didn’t do it for me. Norton’s portrayal of Tourette’s was 1 dimensional and inconsistent, a few set dressing errors. Good cast left wanting
