I would just like to say. Thank you for bringing this to lite. My wife and I have a Property Preservation services company. And over the last few years alot of the forclosures were dealing with now is families losing there home due to medical cost for some one in the family. It is a horrible horrible problem. And the thing is once there out.The home sits empty for months to years. We have some home in livable shape just sitting empty. What's wrong with this picture? Homeless children,homless vets..
