Kimberly Bishop

I started this series expecting a full-on satire of crime thrillers, but I found myself enjoying a genuinely good story that feels like the novels it's based off of. There's plenty of hilarious moments, but I was just thoroughly entertained by the character tropes, and some of the absolutely bonkers stuff that gets written in crime novels is even more ridiculous when you see it on camera. It feels exactly like "The Girl On The Train" but if you're a regular to this book genre, you'll have a good time with this series.
