This book did not even touch on the subject of the story until chapter 9! It’s like the author did not even want to tell whatever story they are trying to tell!!! The only reason I am continuing to read this book is because it’s part of my book club. Otherwise I would’ve stopped along time ago. What is with authors taking so long to get to the point of the story?
