…as a lifelong Star Trek fan I had given up on the franchise due to Kurtzman and JJ Abrams reimagined break from Canon Trek. But Strange New Worlds has got my attention. It appears that CBS might be bringing back what made Star Trek great.

As an avid, diehard, loyal and lifelong fan of Star Trek...I had my doubts about Picard. But I am pleased to say that this series has well exceeded my expectations. The plots, characters and story are amazing...and the expansion of the Star Trek universe has me on the edge of my seat every week! Cudos to CBS for bringing back the Star Trek I have grown to love since my childhood.

I’ve been watching Star Trek since I was a child. I am a die hard born and raised Trek fan...a TRUE Trekkie. That’s why it hurts me to say that despite the high hopes I had for Star Trek Discovery, I must say this is the absolute WORST series ever. And with season 2 it’s only getting worse and more ridiculous by the episode. There is no character development and the plot and story lines are atrocious. Canon has been completely abandoned and the rich up building story arch’s that we have grown to love have been shoved down the toilet for intense special effects and adventures that go nowhere fast. I will be avoiding Discovery going forward and unless you have an hour a week of your life to waste on CBS all access I would advise you to avoid it too...
