This show is too good... It is an abstract comedy but also covers some very deep serious issues that are uncommonly shown, but commonly experienced by people. Especially if you're an adult woman or have dealt with issues like anxiety, sexual harassment, or sexual assault. When was the last time there was an adult cartoon with female protagonists that aren't male-gaze sexualized? Daria in the 90s? But really even for men it is enjoyable too (my husband really liked it even more than Bojack Horseman). I highly recommend to watch this even after it was canceled, because it is great even with just one season. I am hoping that they could renew it, possibly on another medium than Netflix, especially if more people watch the first season and voice their support for the show to go on.
