a total waste of time and money even at the bargain matinee price. Exceptional only for the actors resembling their real life counterparts, the film is no biopict but rather a fictionalized version of history with a decided slant toward the negative smearing any person who who happens to wake up on the wrong side the the writer's ideological disposition. Never has 2 hour film felt like an all nighter. I was ready to leave after the first set of credits midway the pict. Unfortunately my torment was to resume another 30-45 minutes. Dreadfully boring with an absurdy mismatched musical score sounding grandiose but coming off as pasteboard against the monotone delivery of the centerpiece role. Despite the hype, the film belongs in the same film category as the propaganda films which occur right before elections purporting to purvey truth to a gullible audience but which discerning minds avoid like the plague.
