Im a big scifi fan but unfortunately i found this show seemed to use the same formula as the other netflix scifi show i watched a couple of months back. The formula seems to go like this Watch a heap of old scifi films and tv shows Write down some of their cool scenes Cobble together the scenes into various random stories, it doesn’t need to make sense or follow any particular story as its a series and hey well it can be different every episode Throw in a heap of flash forwards and flash backs to keep everybody confused so they don’t really notice the lack of a good storyline and there you have it. It is quite fun spotting which scenes were inspired (ahem) by which tv shows/films though 🤣
