There isn't much I can say about this film that others haven't already said, it's brilliant, well written, well acted/shot and inspires an emotional response during the battles with U-boats and also the scene where they bury 3 shipmates.
Tom Hanks played his part beautifully like he does in most films he stars and the supporting actors in my opinion were also top class.
All that said though I couldn't shake the feeling that the end of this film, that the last 20 minutes or so was rushed. I blame this on the fact filmmakers seem to want to keep films within the 80 to 100 minute mark. I'm unsure if this is a criticism only I have but an extra 10/15 mins could of made the ending feel alittle less rushed.
