Why should movies be always realistic? Why can't it be fantasy imagination with a filament of reality and social issue with some action, love, drama, comedy. Teddy is everything rolled into one. The highlight for me as a normal audience, was that it entertained me for the entire time. One can laugh in between gripping scenes, and wonder what's gonna happen next. I think the attempt in all, was fabulous. To even thinking of making and directing this film is brave in this world of movie critics. Loved the fact that a Tamil movie was shot in Azerbaijan. Than the usual location. The drone shots were brilliant and so were the establishment shots of Azerbaijan. Editing was perfect. So was BGM. Absolutely loved it. For just the way it is.

Phenomenal film.. absolutely phenomenal.

I was moved beyond words. Being a nature lover and connected to other non humans I could relate to a lot of elements. The feeling one gets when one gets the love and trust of a wild animal or wild being. It's perhaps the best thing in the world. The film evoked so many emotions. I had tears in my eyes watching and felt that I also had some form of relationship with that very octopus. Magical.

I haven't seen such a brilliant portrayal of emotions and the modern day living dilemmas put across so sensitively. Not to be missed movie. With strong characterisation, splendid lines of poetry and scripting, a breathtaking movie indeed...
