After reading the other reviews it makes me wonder if we've all read the same book! If there was anything about sexuality in it it must have gone right over my head. What I read was a very well written book about survival against some of the most incredible odds I've ever read about. Shackleton made a few bad choices but had the strength and leadership to bring g his men out of their hell. Many parts kept me on the edge of my seat.Lansing told their tale very well.
