Really love this show. When I first saw the beginning of EP1, my brain told me that this wasn't kind of ordinary animate because its art style looked like it DID have some unusual idea. And it's true! Of the expression, I have to say its fights are absolutely unique. It does have excellent music and outstanding art style obviously different from all the animate, which would bring fantastic watching experience! I never expect how gorgeous when the characters got into majo kekkai (witch's realm) ... kind of mixed media and collages world? I don't know. All I knew is it was such a brilliant psychopathically world which exactly showed how those majo are. Especially, when majo kekkai's style combined with the character's emotion (I mean the fight with majo of shadow), the expression there surprised me from my eyes to heart, which really got me. Of the story line, it has interesting setting and smooth logic. I think that it has a lower line that at least won't disappoint most of the different audience. For my own experience, I didn't really want to watch this animate about 7 years ago when I was 15 because I thought magical girl wasn't my style. But I was still curious, so I read its setting and knew how the main story go. I should say the story is creative because I didn't forget the information I knew after all those years, when I have a willing to watch this animate. And it still so touched even though I've already known all the truth. Especially, when I really saw Homura's story line, that really made me feel like I couldn't breathe of her fate which tied so tight to karma... I watched the animate twice in a month, 2021/12/03 and 2021/12/24. And I cried from EP10 to the end, for twice. Although the story may make heartbreaking, but this is where its charm! I finally understood why this animate was so popular 10 years ago. Love it anyway and looking forward to its new movie!
