I completed this book in two days. Couldn't stop reading. For the sake of my eyes as I was reading through pdf, I dropped it for another day. An emotional trip through people who are shaded with different colors. Baba (Amir's father) did wrong or as he say a version of theft. Amir did wrong. Both suffered. The people who loved them, too suffered. But then it forms a complete circle for them to heal themselves, and atlast forgive themselves. Amir is not a hero...who can fight with thousands of people altogether , but a guy we all will surely relate to, who was wrong once but then he overcame all these things...still not perfect but can forgive himself now. From a coward to a person who can surely fight the bad people. Who can without any second thought, say Hassan is his best friend and a brother. Farida, Wahid, khanum taheri, General taheri, Rahim khan....all are deep Characters with perspectives that will surely touch you.

I am literally crying, just finished this novel. Characters are so well written. The story is so impactful that you will get trapped in it. Their sorrows, bad luck, sufferings and at last a happy life ! And the funniest thing is Tomorrow is my Exam and I spent more than half of my day, reading this book. Cause the story was so gripping and impactful 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
