Netflix: Toss a coin to your Witcher
Me: finds another ways how to watch
Me after 3 eps: That's not how it happened.
This adaptation is a joke. Really bad joke. Most of script really didn't happen the way it did in books. Where is the deepness of the story?
And casting.... Well, I don't mind afroamerican elves and other mythical races cuz they're mythical. Theoretically, they can have every color of skin possible cuz it depends on fantasy but knights.... Middle-age knights from different ethnics than caucasian, given the roots of the story, is pretty wierd. There were no black people in slavic countries in middle age. And different look of many characters is the "top".
Changing of scenes is usually disturbing and it destroys the last bit of suspense the series has.
Fights are pretty good but I really have a feeling everytime there's Cavall's face in shot it's like he's thinking "What the heck am I doing here?"
Toss a coin to your bookseller, not to Netflix.
