Loved this game, even if the characters are actually pretty shady people and some of the story line was straight up horrifying (the elephant!!). Fun cooperation throughout that was fun for my partner and I to decode and solve together.

The characters and storyline are amazing and the two player experience of the main game are fantastic. The slight delay between the controls and action on the screen, changing physics and inconsistent rope lengths don't pose much of a problem. The reason for the middling score is that the challenge levels are so insanely hard and specific that they really ruin the overall experience. Here the off controls, physics, etc become unbearable as the levels require a ridiculous level of accuracy. For a game that pitches itself as fun and whimsical, it suffers from a lack of difficulty settings to accommodate players who just want to have fun without feeling locked out of parts of the game.

Great game. Really engaging story that you feel like you can actually direct the course of, while not being too worried that you're going to make the wrong decision. The crafting mode is also pretty good and again not to necessary so you can choose to get as involved as you want. Only issue is the DLC, which is trash.

This games is exactly what you want it to be. Big guns, aliens and lots of small walls. You get what you came for and it's a lot of fun!

Not for casual gamers. Bosses are a grind and it constantly feels like you're not quite in control. Also a lot of the puzzles are so obvious that they're more chores than anything else. It's a beautiful game with a nice sound track and lots of character, but it all comes a little undone when you die and then reappear ages away after waiting so long for it to reload. If you play a lot of games you'll probably love this, but if you're looking for a fun platformer that's more entertaining than it is frustrating, try Zelda, Celest, It takes two, Mario, etc.
