Wow. I have had a falling out with League of Legends recently. As a high schooler approaching the end of his senior year, I have been too busy accumulating experiences as college applications approached. I was not keeping up with what Riot Games had going on and did not even know Arcane existed until the day the first act was released. I sat down on the couch with my older brother, trying to watch something to kill time before dinner was ready and we decided to try out the show. Incredible. The animation is stellar and seeing your familiar characters on screen is a feeling like no other. I love the detail. Characters sweat, bleed, and bruise in this show; VI's knuckles are always shown to be worn and torn. The facial expressions in this show are the best facial expressions I have ever seen in animation. They are able to really capture the emotion the characters are trying to convey. I was really blown away. Definitely would recommend this show to even people who are unfamiliar with the game. The animation is incredible, and the story holds its own as well.
