A refreshing rock Album in which we see an independent and very talented Miley Cyrus re-invent herself. Absolutely amazing. If you haven't listened to Miley before, do yourself a favor and listen to Plastic Hearts. Miley is an incredibly talented artist and this album demands respect. America needed this.
