I think Serenity is an excellent movie that deals with a military man and what happens to him after the Gulf War. He has a bad case of PTSD . It's pretty deep to see how Baker Dill deals with his life.. I don't feel that too many people who watch will understand what is happening to him unless you have a friend or family who has some of his issues. If you feel the movie has lost you in the middle, you probably aren't understanding what is happening.. Baker Dill cannot find peace or happiness until he faces his demons head on and reconnects with his inner child.. Anne Hathaway is so beautiful.. She is the one who gets him out of his funk.. but most people will probably think she is interferring with him too much. The truth is that Dill is not capable of loving anyone else because he doesn't love himself.. In the end there is Serenity..
