Elvis Termopan

I think this is the best Romanian film since '89. I watched it on Netflix couple of days ago. To understand it in the right way maybe it's not enough just watching it, it's about living in Romania before '89. Same practices implementing fear, intimidation, harassment through a centralized control from Bucharest, the head of octopus milking the whole country. This is where competence is permanently replaced by incompetence and corruption, and truth by lies. Everything to make the games of those in power.
