Every pastor, seminarian, council, and judicatory body (bishop/ regional executive, Committee on Ministry, etc.) should read this book series, preferably *before* something like this happens, so that they know what to look for and address it before pastors are forced out and churches are split. So many good pastors and good congregations could be kept healthy by knowing about this phenomenon and taking steps toward preventive congregational health. These are self-published volumes and can have a few printing issues (reversed pages, etc.), but it is an important pioneering work and should be read along with Antagonists in the Church.
