must have watched this a dozen times so far and am blown away at this production, really started getting into music in the late 70's early 80's and like many here in Montreal and Canada did not know much about hip hop, not even when mainstream stuff came out and actually until i watched this amazing series and the way it was delivered, region by region, state by state, fantastic interviews explain things perfectly even for older farts like me. every episode is full but i keep coming back to the dirty south/Atlanta and the bay area parts, a huge thank you to the people behind all this and all the amazing artists that endlessly grinded their a**es off to succeed, truly inspirational stories and as for the music.. an entire new level of respect
