After watching this, I don't really know which movie of double agents to call the best like Salt (2010), Red Sparrow (2018), or Anna (2019).

This movie has a deeper meaning to understand. At one end, it depicts the sinister plans of Pharmaceutical Companies to scapegoat human lives for invention of medicines just for the sake of money while at the other hand, it shows how seemingly slow-moving life ends so fast from childhood to dotage and how a man reaches to grave in the blink of an eye.

A dark dirty secret gets revealed at the end of this movie.
